We offer a ground breaking implantation procedure that makes dental restoration possible for almost every patient. The IHDE 5 day implant is a largely painless method that not causes any bleeding. Instead of creating incisions on the gum, the surgeon uses circular punch to create hole in the patient’s gum tissue and place titanium bolt into that screwed directly into the jawbone. It provides a strong and stable support for the new tooth.
The patient has local anesthetic and most of the rime no additional painkiller medication is necessary. Right after the implants have been inserted the patient gets their final bridge immediately.

How is this possible in just 5 days?
Conventional implants are usually fixed in spongy bone that requires 3 to 6 months in order to fuse together with implants to provide a stable foundation for new teeth. The IHDE 5 day implants are inserted into the layer of hard bone beyond the spongy bone. This layer of hard bone provides an immediate, stable foundation for new teeth, while the implants gradually fuse together with the spongy bone.
HOW IS IHDE 5 DAY IMPLANT SYSTEM SUITABLE FOR MOST PEOPLE WITH INSUFFICIENT BONE FOR CONVENTIONAL IMPLANTS?
In cases of bone recession (due to diabetes or the menopause, for example) it is mostly the spongy bone which recedes and as conventional implants are fixed in spongy bone, bone recession renders their installation impossible.
WHY SINUS LIFTS AND BONE GRAFTS ARE UNNECESSARY WITH IHDE 5 DAY IMPLANTS?
The sinus is located above the pre-molar and molar teeth. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?
On the first day, the dental surgeon examines your dental and oral condition and discusses the findings and the probable solutions with you. Once everything has been thoroughly explained, treatment starts with sedation and the extraction of any loose or infected teeth, and then the surgeon inserts the implants. The last step is taking impressions, which will be sent to our dental laboratory.
This procedure takes about 3 hours in total, although patients relate that it seems much shorter and is also painless thanks to local anesthetics and IV sedation.
Highly skilled technicians then design and make the new teeth ready, which will be to fit on the 5th day. You need to stay for 2 more working days in order to the dental surgeon can check on you if everything is OK.
Implant procedure
Based on scientific procedures and certified clinical tests implantation is a 100 % painless and safe procedure resulting in an endurable, comfortable and fully aesthetic restoration. The whole implantation procedure (from implantation to final restoration) varies in each case.
1. Consultation
During consultation our surgeon or implant specialist evaluates the panoramic X-ray and consult with the patient. If the patient’s general condition and bone tissue are found to make the implant procedure possible, a customized personal treatment plan is prepared. The dentist may order additional examinations or request a CT scan if necessary to check bone mass.
2. Implantation
During 100% painless implantation procedure implant is placed in the jaw bone. After the surgical procedure is performed according to the protocol, the patient is given advice and instructions for the healing period (necessary time for the bone recover). If no sufficient bone tissue is available for implantation, a special surgical procedure called bone augmentation or bone graft is provided to replace missing bone tissue.
3. Healing time
During the next 3-6 months (healing time) after implantation, the implant heals under the gum, i.e. the implant integrates in the jaw bone. During this period the patient has to maintain perfect oral hygiene and take medications as instructed.
4. Final restoration
After healing period the final restoration is built on the implant or implants. There are many types of restoration on implants from simple solutions (single crown on one implant or bridge on two implants) to full restorations (full bridge on 6-8 implants, All-on- 4 and removable overdentures). The latter restoration solution is often referred to as overdenture.
5. Check-up
